Since starting the Nansledan project, we have played a key role in bringing this landmark Duchy of Cornwall development to life. Situated on the edge of Newquay, Nansledan is a visionary 40-year development that will create a thriving, sustainable community of around 4,000 homes, complemented by businesses, schools, healthcare facilities, leisure amenities, and vibrant public spaces designed for modern living.

Working alongside Morrish Homes, our experienced team has provided comprehensive carpentry services across multiple phases of the Nansledan development. Our scope has included first and second fix carpentry, roof structures, staircases, internal joinery, windows, external doors, and bespoke timber elements. By maintaining consistent workmanship and collaborating closely with site management and other trades, we have helped deliver high-quality homes that reflect the exceptional standards expected across this prestigious Duchy of Cornwall development.
